It is summertime, so let’s take a road trip to the shore. I am normally a freshwater fisherman, so it is a treat for me to catch a saltwater fish and new species, the Summer Flounder, also known as Fluke. I apply the same light tackle gear I use for bass and pan fish to fish off a pier (during both high tide and low tide). Check out this special saltwater edition of my video.
Plus, in this video, enjoy a walk on the beach and take in the beauty of ocean waves.

video: relaxing fall canoe/kayak fishing & leaf peeping
November 23, 2021

In this Bite-Sized Fishing episode, I cast for various panfish, using a 3-inch Grub by Yum. The fish are modest in size, but all-in-all it is a perfect day to paddle and do some leaf peeping because there is no wind and the water is so calm. I slow things down and enjoy nature, creating a sort of ASMR video to share with you. Check out my outdoor video and let me know what you think.
In addition to the beauty of autumn colors, I see a Piper bird, a Blue Heron and maybe the last Turtle of the year?

video: hike to creek & catch a new species (my first sucker fish)
September 12, 2021

On a nice sunny day, take a trail hike with me to the creek. In the first half of my video, I experiment with a little ASMR-type relaxing hiking and fishing, with much talking. Then the action starts, I use Blue Fox Vibrax Spinner and a live worm on a circle hook to catch Smallmouth Bass. With daylight quickly disappearing, I try my best to catch one more fish, and it ends up to be a new species, my first Sucker Fish!
